Britton has started crawling, guess you can call it crawling.......it's more like belly crawling or army crawling. She started this probably the second week in June. She would get rather frustrated with just laying on her tummy and started to push her hands in front of her and pull the floor towards her. In the past week she has also mastered sitting up by her self. It's so wonderful to see her mastering all these skills one after the other.
Standing up is her favorite past time these days. She'll look for your finger/hand to hold and when she gets brave she'll even take a few steps. Last night we walked all the way from the living room through the kitchen into the hallway - not a huge distance by any means but for a little peanut it sure is a long way.
Pulling up on the ottoman is another task Britton has mastered, actually she'll pull up on anything in the way!
I guess it's time to start moving items off the coffee table and cover up the fire place bricks with something so we don't crack our head open.
